Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the online ordering pages operated by Hebron Market LLC(“Hebron Market”) for pickup and delivery from our store at 1522 Tremont Street, Boston, MA 02120. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Orders and pricing

Product availability and prices shown reflect our live inventory and may change. Fresh-cut and by-weight items may vary slightly from the listed amount; final pricing is reflected at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item sells out — and will refund any charge for items we cannot fulfill.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider, Clover, on its hosted checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup orders are prepared for collection at our store during business hours (10am–10pm, 7 days a week). Delivery is available on a limited schedule within our service area. Estimated times are not guaranteed.

Halal sourcing

Our meat is 100% zabiha halal, cut fresh to order. If you have questions about sourcing or preparation, please contact the store before ordering.

Refunds

If there is a problem with your order, contact us promptly using the details below and we will make it right.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hebron Market is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of these ordering pages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
