Information we collect

When you place an order we collect the details you provide to fulfill it. Your name and a contact mobile number are required, so that we know whose order is whose at the counter and can tell you when it is ready. You may also give us an email address, which is optional. We also record the items in your cart, your chosen pickup time, and (for delivery) a delivery address. Your cart is stored locally in your own browser (localStorage) so it persists between visits; it is not sent to us until you check out.

We keep a record of your orders, linked to your mobile number, so we have an accurate history of what the shop has sold and can answer questions about a past order.

Payments

We do not collect or store your card number. The card fields on our checkout page are provided directly by our payment provider, Clover, and your card details are sent straight to them under PCI-DSS standards — they never reach our servers. We receive only confirmation that an order was paid.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to prepare and fulfill your order, to contact you about that order, and to keep records required to run the business. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — our payment processor (Clover), our hosting provider, and the database service that stores our order records — and only as needed to fulfill your order or as required by law.

These ordering pages use only the browser storage needed to remember your cart. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
